By using this website and purchasing tickets for our event, the user accepts the Terms and Conditions set out below.
Be the Light AO reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice.
2. Personal data protection
By using our site, you agree to the collection and processing of personal data necessary for processing orders and providing event information.
Data is collected and stored in accordance with Law No. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data.
Be the Light AO uses security measures to protect data, but cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmission over the internet.
3. Registration and payment
Tickets are paid exclusively online using a bank card. After payment, the user receives an email confirming the order.
Payment processing is performed via a secure system compliant with the 3D-Secure standard.
In the case of a refund request, the amount will be returned only to the card used for the purchase.
4. Ticket delivery
Tickets are delivered electronically by email immediately after payment is confirmed.
The user is responsible for keeping their tickets and presenting them at the event.
5. Refund policy
In accordance with applicable law, purchased tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of event cancellation by the organizer.
If the event is cancelled, users will receive a full refund.
6. Data confidentiality
Personal data is processed solely for the purposes of organizing the event and is not shared with third parties, except in cases provided for by law.
